Most of the parts and components of our bikes are designed and manufactured by Maxarya using latest bicycle technology. Our bikes are built by our designers and engineers who enjoy cycling themselves.

Maxarya uses sophisticated design software, 3D modeling, prototyping and extensive road tests by experienced cyclists either from its team or as guest riders.

As a recumbent bike seriously needs, we keep a constant eye on ergonomics. It stretches from the design process till constant evaluation of our existing products and studying the feedbacks of our customers.

We don’t sacrifice our design and its principals by using the stock tubes and elements, we produce them ourselves if needed. Maxarya has produced its own seamless AL7005 T6 frame tubes, double-butted stem tubes, Chainring spiders, and many other parts.

We use extrusion, ultra high pressure cold forge, punch press and CNC machining laser cutting and more. The result is some extremely precise, lightweight, durable and attractive recumbents that have great performance and look terrific!

Sitting posture on our bikes is natural and ergonomical. It achieved through the long-term studies of Ergonomics and Design Anthropometrics by our specialized folks who themselves are experienced riders.

We also input the feedbacks of many riders who share their experience with us to upgrade our products. Our newly redesigned seat is more comfortable and even satisfies the most critical riders.
