MAXARYA LIMITED WARRANTY
At MAXARYA we are obsessed with quality and safety of our products. All Maxarya bicycles are warranted against material and manufacturing defects based on the following terms. The specific warranty covering your Maxarya bicycle is governed by the law and regulation of the authorities of the area in which it was purchased, and applicable only if the bicycle was purchased from any Maxarya Authorized Retailers or directly from Maxarya.
FRAMES
All Maxarya recumbent frames are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of seven (7) years.
All Maxarya city bikes frames are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of five (5) years.
All Maxarya folding bikes frames are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of five (5) years.
COMPONENTS
All other components made by Maxarya, including front fork, suspension parts, seat, handlebar, crankset and chainring sets, fixed or adjustable stem, paint/coatings and decals are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase. Other components and Electric Systems are not warranted by Maxarya but are covered directly by their manufacturers.
TERMS
Although we do our best by any means to ensure manufacturing quality and integrity and believe that our bikes are among the most refined bicycles on the market, still it doesn’t mean they are indestructible and can last forever. It is expected that the owner follows the user’s guidelines and proper maintenance to ensure expected long lifespan of the bicycle. This limited warranty applies only to the original owner and as such is not transferable.
For any warranty claim to be processed, the bicycle must be brought in fully assembled to an Authorized Maxarya Retailer on the same area on which the bicycle was purchased along with the dated proof of purchase. If your bike was not purchased from a Maxarya Authorized Retailer, the owner should contact Maxarya for further instruction.
This warranty is limited only to repair of replacement of a defective frame or parts to the same or compatible model/level covered by this warranty. No credit or refunds will be issued. This limited warranty does not cover any cosmetic or structural damages caused by normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, excessive/stunt use or if it was involved in an accident. It will be also void if it was used in the condition of over the permissible rider’s weight and unusual use.
This limited warranty applies only to bicycles purchased in fully assembled and adjusted condition from Authorized Maxarya Retailers or directly from Maxarya not from any individual sales.
All labor charges for warranty service, including the cost of any upgrades or use of other components, are the responsibility of the bicycle’s owner. On Maxarya’s discretion, any shipping costs and insurance involved should be paid by the owner.
Maxarya shall not be held responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, injuries or loses. The user assumes all the risks of any theft, personal injuries or damages to the bicycle or other related losses.
